All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The platform, including all software, content, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Get Map Leads and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Map Leads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
